1. Do you own the cars on your website?

NBL owns all the vehicles shown on our websites. Our stable includes the one & only HSV E2 R8 Clubsport stretch limo, 8, 9 & 10 seat Chrysler 300C stretch limos & Chrysler 300c & GMH sedans. At peak times we may use other limo companies when extra vehicles are needed.

2. Are you a real limo company or a booking agent?

NBL is NOT a booking agent or "virtual limo company". We are a real, full service limousine transport company, in operation since 2000.

3. When does our booked time start?

Your booked time starts from the nominated time of collection & continues until your booked finish time - we do not charge for travelling time from depot to depot.

4. Can the car do 2 trips for our wedding?

Wedding packages are booked in 3 hourly blocks. The car can make as many trips as you wish within your booked time.

6. Do you supply alcohol?

Our standard Wedding packages include bottled water, beer & sparkling wine. Select transfers include sparkling wine and/or beer. School formal/debutante ball & children's event transfers do not include alcohol, nor is it permitted to consume alcohol en-route to these events.

7. Can children travel in your limos?

Yes, of course children are allowed in our cars! There are fixed anchor points in all cars for capsules & booster seats can also be fitted. You supply the appropriate seat so we know the child is safe.

8. Do children have to have a car seat?

If your child travels in a restraint in your own car, then they must also use the same restraint type in our cars, at all times. Children are never permitted to travel without the correct restraint or on another passenger's lap or on the floor.

9. Is our deposit refundable?

Deposits are not refundable. We take your booking in good faith, which means we take that particular vehicle off the road for your booked time and decline all other bookings around those times - if you then cancel your booking, we lose work/money/potential new clients.

11. What areas do you operate your limos in?

Our principal areas of service include Sydney metro, Central coast, Newcastle, Hunter Valley, Blue Mountains, Illawarra, Southern Highlands, Lithgow & Bathurst. We also travel to most of regional New South Wales when required.

12. Are we allowed to put an extra person in the car?

No - our vehicles are all fitted with the appropriate safety harnesses (seat belts) for adults. Rear seating is strictly limited to the number of seat belts in each vehicle. An adult can sit in the front seat alongside the driver if necessary.

13. Can your limos go into the airport?

Yes, our vehicles can take you to departures & collect you from arrivals.

14. What happens if we're caught in traffic?

NBL always endeavours to get all clients to and from events safely and on time. Unfortunately, sometimes circumstances beyond our control cause issues/hold-ups to occur. We cannot plan for unforseen circumstances but will always do our best to get to collection and drop destinations safely and as quickly as the law allows.

15. Do you take credit cards?

Of course we take credit cards - Visa & Mastercard. You can also direct deposit your payment. AMEX payments attract a 5% surcharge.
